Welcome to Beverly Mahone's Baby Boomer Corner. Beverly Mahone is a veteran journalist, author, media coach and motivational speaker who writes about issues affecting middle-aged women in her book, Whatever! The Editor in Chief

Sherri C. Walker is a native of Philadelphia, PA. She is a published author, writer, columnist, wife, mother of three, and editor- in-chief of the Woman2Woman Lounge. Her life is full and she is abundantly blessed. Sherri is active in her home church where she is a Deaconess, secretary of the American Baptist Women group, and a former Children's Church teacher for the primary class. She seeks to inspire, encourage, and empower other women. Mrs. Walker desires to turn the Woman2Woman Lounge into an online Magazine one day. This reason she started the W2W Lounge was to edify and uplift other sisters in Christ, to be a blessing to someone. Her goal is to feed them spiritually with the word, lift them up in prayer and encourage them to be the women God has called them to be. Sherri is dedicated to bringing women together into positive Christian relationships with one another, providing them with godly wisdom, fellowship, and positive influences. In addition to maintaining the W2W Lounge Sherri writes articles and poems here at the website to encourage and inspire other women to walk daily with the Lord, stay hopeful, full of faith. Sherri has been writing for the past eight years. She has a column at Motivation By Grace Ministries, has two self published poetry books, and written articles for community leaders in her neighborhood. In November 2007 her written article "Give credit where it is due" was published in the Women Business Owners Online Magazine, and this past June of 2007 her poem "Jesus Changes Lives" was featured in the Hallelujah Magazine in her hometown of Philadelphia, PA. The editor liked her poem so much that Mrs. Walker was asked again to submit another poem for their December 2007 issue. Her poem "Our Christmas Gift" is in this months issue of Hallelujah Magazine. Her passion is spreading the word of God through her poetry and all that she writes. Her commitment is based on scriptures Matthew 4:19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men and Mark 16:5 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

Sherri is also the CEO of Hands of Worship Gifts an online inspirational gift store. Since April 2006 she has successfully run her home based business. Her store is stocked with gifts for the entire family which includes a line of Gift Baskets which she makes for just about any occasion you can think of.
